United States Postal Service DHL Global Mail collaborated with the USPS Expedited Services Network to create a direct injection service designed to offer consistent delivery performance and detailed tracking information to high-volume mailers and shippers. As part of its participation in the Workshare Partnership Program, DHL Global Mail accesses the USPS address book to CASS certify™ (Coding Accuracy Support System) its customers' mail pieces. CASS, the most accurate and comprehensive address book available, enables DHL Global Mail to verify each address, even correcting ZIP Codes if needed.

DHL Global Mail participates in Postal Customer Councils around the country and has a dedicated Postal Integration team committed to fostering its relationship with the Postal Service. Due to the volume of mail pieces and parcel packages DHL Global Mail handles and the agility of its IT infrastructure, the company regularly shares detailed delivery testing data with the USPS in an effort to monitor and, if necessary, improve delivery performance.
