Encoding
Each and every package and piece of mail that we handle is checked, with the address verified against the USPS address book, the most comprehensive directory available. We correct the ZIP Code if needed, and then place a USPS-compliant indicia on the piece. The indicia contains an 11-digit barcode corresponding to that correct address, enabling the mail to be sorted right down to carrier's route.

All Mail Terminals are connected via our Nationwide Network, and strategically located near high-volume cities. Once processed, your mail is inserted deep into the USPS mailstream, skipping many steps along the way. This streamlined delivery model achieves volume discounts in every city we serve, by air or by ground, because we commingle mail from other processing centers, to meet the high volume requirements of the USPS.
